If you are not satisfied, or if you encounter defects in your Nyx Tech products within 60 days of ordering, a full refund will be issued upon return of your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with no signs of wear. First, email us that you are sending the unit back, then ship it to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At that time a refund will be issued. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
We will replace items if they are defective or are damaged during shipping up to 6 months after purchase. If you need to exchange a product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
